YOUR ROLE
As an Advisor in our Employee Relations team, you will provide trusted and compliant advice to employees and people leaders across Australia and New Zealand. You will offer coaching and support on Employee Relations matters and drive a consistent people experience to help our people perform at their best in a workplace that is both safe and inclusive.
You will join a Trans-Tasman team of Employee Relations professionals who are positive, supportive, and have a wealth of knowledge to share with each other and those they advise.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cases, advising, and supporting the business through the lifecycle of complex case management to resolution.
This is a 12-month max-term maternity leave contract based in Sydney.
ABOUT YOU
• You will have solid knowledge of employment relations frameworks and employment legislation along with prior experience in an Employee Relations or employment law role.
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an ER or employment law role
• Solid knowledge of employment relations frameworks and employment legislation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills
• Tertiary qualification/s in Human Resources preferred
