Join the largest insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.Your RoleAs an Employee Relations Analyst within our Group, People, Performance and Reputation team, you will coordinate and support employment compliance audits and data validations by engaging with key business unit stakeholders.You will be responsible for identifying, processing, analysing and interpreting data trends and/or patterns to complex data sets based on employment entitlement requirements.Through using data, this role contributes to IAG's strategic goal of creating stronger and more resilient IAG.This is a 6-month secondment role based in Sydney.About You

• Strong Microsoft Office and Advanced Excel skills (Power BI and Tableau experience is a plus)
• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders ranging from operational teams to high level managers.
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
• Existing employment relations knowledge or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines.
