We have an unwavering focus on building a flexible and adaptable workforce, driving leadership capability, creating safe workplaces and building a positive employee experience.As Advisor Inclusive Talent Programs you will be responsible for growing the Qantas Group future talent pipeline for under-represented groups through the management of Work Experience and Internship programs and the creation of targeted programs and strategies to increase diverse representation. This role has a key focus on ensuring these pathway programs and strategies are inclusive, by supporting and engaging candidates from diverse backgrounds to participate.You’ll have:Minimum two years’ experience in coordinating career-related programs or projectsCommitment, professionalism, respect and a ‘can-do’ attitude in any situationHigh level of computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong capability of managing and prioritising multiple competing tasks for different stakeholdersBasic Project Management skills, including reporting on outcomesStrong ability to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersUnderstanding of behaviours expected when engaging with minorsAbility to supervise large groups, exhibiting necessary authorityStrong presentation and public speaking skillsWhy Qantas?If you’re successful in your application, you’ll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
