- Familiar with contract engagement and management, with an attention to detail on contract delivery.
- An outstanding team player with strong communication skills who is able to establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, stakeholders and sub-consultants.
- Someone with strong leadership skills with a passion to mentor and develop young professionals.
- Tertiary Qualifications in an appropriate engineering discipline or previous demonstratable experience in similar roles, qualifications in business and/or project management is desirable.
- Develop a plan to build and grow Engineering Consulting and Advisory work.
- Build, manage and grow a team to support Engineering Consulting and Advisory work.
- Work to identify and convert opportunities in the Engineering Consulting and Advisory space.
- Establish relationships with key clients to identify and respond to Engineering Consulting and Advisory needs.
- Establish relationships with key contractors and subconsultants to deliver a wholistic service to clients.
- Manage and oversee the execution of Engineering Consulting and Advisory works, including provision of oversight of project managers and engineers executing work.
- Work with some of the leading organisations within the public and private sectors across Australia.
- Liaise with project stakeholders, clients, internal engineers and project managers.
We are a specialist multi-disciplinary engineering designer and Consultancy with a passion for delivering outstanding engineering design and over 50 years of local experience. We cover the full project lifecycle, from concept design through to commissioning, operation and end-of-life.
