Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service. FSH also delivers specialised services such as heart and lung transplantations and hyperbaric medicine.

An exciting opportunity is now available for After Hours Clerical Coordinators to join the Health Information Management Service.

This supervisory and leadership role coordinates the after-hours management of the clerical service provided by Emergency, Ward and Medical Record Clerks. This includes liaising and negotiating with internal and external customers to ensure service meets hospital and departmental needs.

Please note this is for afterhours vacancies only (e.g. Mon-Sun 3:00pm-11:00pm & Sat-Sun 7:00am-3:00pm)

One of the proposed rosters for this vacancy is -

Week 1 – Monday to Wednesday 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Week 2 – Monday to Wednesday 3:00pm – 11:00pm / Saturday and Sunday – 7:00am - 3:00pm
