Awarded AFR BOSS Best Places to Work 2022, Mercedes-Benz Melbourne is seeking a driven & motivated Aftermarket Consultant to join our Kings Way team.

The Role:

• Work with New & Used sales teams in relation to offerings of aftermarket products
• Communicate and provide appropriate warranty documentation.
• Generate income for the dealership from the sale of Aftermarket products (paint protection and associated products).
• Managing customer enquiries and follow ups on Aftermarket products and accessories.
• Monitor, inspect and approve treated vehicles in respect of Aftermarket products prior to delivery and communicate and facilitate correction of any issues.
• Delivering high standards of customer service
• Achieving sales & profit targets
• Maintaining product knowledge
• Establishing new & strengthening internal and external relationships

About you:

• The proven ability to provide exceptional and friendly customer service.
• Enthusiasm and drive to exceed targets.
• The ability to work well in a team and add to a great working culture.
• Capabilities to be self-motivated and perform work autonomously.
• The ability to maintain customer and business relationships.
• A passion for the automotive industry.
• Currently holding an VIC driver's licence
