- Define, document, and execute small projects or sub-projects to achieve business objectives.
- Work alone or with a small team, actively participating in all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Apply appropriate project management methods and tools to ensure project success.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks effectively to minimize project disruptions.
- Prepare realistic project plans, including scope, schedule, quality, risk, and communication plans.
- Track activities against the project schedule, managing stakeholder involvement as appropriate.
- Monitor costs, times, quality, and resources used, taking action where necessary to stay within agreed tolerances.
Requirements:- Minimum NV1 clearance, ideally NV2 or PV
- A background in Defence or Federal Government is highly desirable
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
