We have an opportunity at our Head office located in Dandenong South for a proactive Team leader to join our Operations team.
The Role:
- Perform various tasks in dispatch, warehouse, and assembly while adhering to quality procedures and adapting to changing priorities.
- Assigning work to staff using computer systems
- Picking & packing using RF Scanners
- Loading trucks
- Provide & promote a high-level of customer service at the dispatch counter
- Maintain 6S standards in work areas, foster a productive work environment, and assist with training new staff.
- Oversea the Afternoon Shift team from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
- Locking up premises at night
Who are you?
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Valid Forklift Licence.
- First Aid Certificate
- Prior experience in a supervisory role is highly valued, highlighting your ability to lead and guide a team effectively.
