Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aftersales Manager to oversee our Service and Parts departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of aftersales operations, including customer service, team management, inventory control, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the Service and Parts departments, ensuring efficient and profitable operations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
- Manage and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and parts staff
- Monitor and control inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize costs
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry of a senior service advisor wanting to take it to the next level.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of automotive service and parts operations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
