Role Overview: As a Precision Agriculture Technician, you will play a crucial role in implementing, supporting & the further development of our advanced systems. Your responsibilities will span installation, technical support, customer service, and product demonstrations. You’ll work closely with farmers, horticulturists, and industry experts to ensure seamless adoption of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Setup:

• Install and configure precision agriculture equipment, including autonomous tractor operation systems, Burro Collaborative Robots, Boson Electric UTVs, and our fast-developing range of complementary products for these technologies.
• Collaborate with clients to customize solutions based on their specific needs and field conditions.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal system performance.

Technical Support:

• Provide timely and effective technical assistance to clients during and after installation.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely or on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions.

Customer Service:

• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Understand their challenges and offer tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to address any concerns and gather feedback.

Product Demonstrations:

• Showcase our technology to potential clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct live demonstrations, highlighting the features, benefits, and ease of use.
• Articulate technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree or Diploma: A relevant qualification in agriculture, engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with precision agriculture tools, GPS systems, and automation technology.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients.
