Total Computer Technology has been operating for over 25 years and is considered a leader in providing managed services.
We have 5 offices in Sydney, Melbourne and regional VIC. Our clients are located throughout Australia and New Zealand, across all major industries. We are currently looking for a Support and Project Technician (Levels 2 & 3) to join our team remotely.
This is by no means a dull role as you will be responsible for:
- Resolving L2/L3 support calls from our customers and handling escalations from team members
- Project work – implementing Microsoft 365 & Network Infrastructure
- Providing training and mentoring to internal engineers
- Helping to enhance our customers' overall IT experience by providing excellent, timely customer service
To succeed, you must have excellent time management skills as you will need to be able to prioritise workloads and shift focus as necessary.
You will be an excellent communicator; the ability to build rapport with clients and fellow team members is crucial as you will have direct dealings with all key stakeholders.
It is essential that you are committed to achieving quality results and possess superior customer service skills.
To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:
- At least 3+ years' experience in Support & Project work for organisations with 20+ users across all IT facets – servers, cloud, desktops, networking.
- Experience within a MSP environment is preferred
- Windows Stack – Implementing and administering server operating systems, Active Directory, and Remote Desktop.
- Microsoft 365 – Implementing and administering Microsoft 365 solutions and Azure Identity/MFA solutions.
- Report writing and documentation skills
- Ability to Take 100% ownership of everything you do and ensure its accurate and timely completion.
- Driver’s license is required.
