Address- Assistant in Nursing working in Aged Care facilities as an Agency AIN.
- Assist residents with daily personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help residents with mobility and physical activities, such as transferring from bed to wheelchair and walking.
- Support residents in maintaining their personal appearance, ensuring they feel dignified and respected.
- Monitor and record residents’ health status, including vital signs, and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with medication management under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Provide basic first aid and respond to emergency situations promptly.
