AddressWe are seeking a motivated and caring Assistant in Nursing to join our team on Aged Care contracts. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for working with the elderly, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.

- Provide direct assistance and support to residents in their daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meals.
- Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring the health and well-being of residents.
- Assist with mobility and transportation, ensuring safety at all times.
- Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents, promoting independence and dignity.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented.
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in Residential Aged Care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and their families.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.
- COVID and FLU vaccinations completed
