Job Details
- Minimum 4 week contract and up to 12 weeks available
- Agency employed through us - become one of our amazing Curis Nurses
- Uniform provided
- Excellent support provided by us throughout your contract
- ALWAYS paid on time with no issues
- Up to $76.00 am per hour plus penalties
- Fully furnished housing provided
- Return travel provided
You will be providing care to up to 43 older Aboriginal people working 75 hours per fortnight across a variety of shifts.
Key Responsibilities of this role:
- Implementation and development of resident care plans
- Respond to the requests and concerns of families and carers in liaison with the Residential Manager
- Awareness of AN-ACC required assessments
- Liaise with appropriate health care professionals to deliver quality care to the residents
- Develop and maintain the effective performance of other care and service staff
- Liaise with the Residential Manager to identify the training needs of clinical and care staff
- Ensure full compliance with and maintenance of Aged Care standards
- Have full AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- Minimum 6 months recent Aged Care experience
- All core competencies complete or able to complete prior to contract
