AddressSanctuary Recruitment are currently working with a small private provider who are looking to secure two additional Full Time Registered Nurses to their structure to support with delivering the best standard of care to it's residents.
When on shift you will be the RN in Charge for the wing, reporting into the Care Manager, the shifts available are a variety of morning shifts, afternoon shifts and the occasional night shift.
There has been a positive shift in culture within the facility over the last few months so the provider is looking for someone who is motivated, driven, wants to be a team player and brings a positive attitude to work each day.
To be successful, you will present with:
- RN registration, endorsed by AHPRA
- Police or NDIS Check
- An understanding of contemporary Aged Care clinical practice
- Excellent written documentation and assessment skills
- Innate interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using computer applications
- Previous experience in an Aged Care setting
- Experience leading a shift and being In Charge
