Form of workWe're looking for a Registered Nurse - In Charge (Grade 3) with Aged Care experience to join our Yarraville Village Aged Care Home. We have a permanent position available so previous RN and Aged Care experience is a must!
Shifts available:
Mondays and Thursdays 1445-2215 both weeks.
The successful candidate will join our dedicated clinical team, and must be a nurse who embraces the Aged Care Quality Standards to deliver personalised care to maximise each residents’ health, well-being and choice.
What we are seeking:
- Previous experience in Aged Care
- A positive and flexible attitude
- Dedication to resident care and support, ensuring dignity and choice is central to all that you do
- Excellent time management skills
- A Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
- A willingness to embrace and champion the Aged Care Quality Standards
- A current Division 1 AHPRA Nursing Registration
