Responsible to: Speech Pathology National Manager
Location: South West Sydney
As a leading Aged Care service provider, Food Solutions Diet Consultants provides Dietetic and Speech Pathology services to Residential Aged Care Facilities and community clients across Australia.
Established in 2003, Food Solutions is an industry-known company that prides itself on providing professional and superior service. Our passionate team of Speech Pathologists and Dietitians works closely to provide the best clinical outcomes for our clients.
Due to further business expansion, we are seeking expressions of interest from enthusiastic Speech Pathologists to work across the south-west Sydney Region. You will report to the National Manager of Speech Pathology and work closely with our dynamic team to provide mobile support to adults living in Residential Aged Care facilities.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine interest and passion in supporting and improving the lives of older Australians living with swallowing and communication difficulties,
- Can support our Residential Aged Care Facilities through training and education,
- Is able to manage a caseload independently using high-level organisation and time management skills,
- Is innovative and enthusiastic and is an excellent communicator
- Is interested in growing with our company and driving our business further
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following criteria:
- Experience in managing swallowing and communication difficulties in an adult population,
- (New graduates who are passionate about Aged Care, and are independent learners are welcome to apply. Supervision and work-shadowing with our Clinical Lead and Senior Speech Pathologists will be provided for the successful applicant),
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Commitment to ongoing professional development,
- Current NSW Driver's Licence and own vehicle,
- Professional qualification in Speech Pathology,
- Certified Practicing Speech Pathology Australia membership
