As Support Workeryou will be required to care for a complex female participant, this includes assisting with daily living which could involve domestic and community assistance.
About You:
- Experience within working with Aged Care clients, Dementia, challenging behaviours, verbal & physical aggression, manual handling, personal care, working with strong boundaries and understanding of diverse backgrounds.
- Police Clearance Check
- HLTAID003 (or equivalent) First Aid Certificate
- Blue Card
- A valid Driver's Licence (P2 or above) and access to a reliable vehicle
- Knowledge and/or experience following positive behaviour support plans
- Clear communication skills
- Be resilient and adaptable.
- Committed to providing exceptional quality care to clients.
- Must be available morning, afternoon & evening.
- Shifts available: 6:45-8:45 am from Monday to Friday

Salary packaging (up to $15,900 a year, + meal/entertainment benefit $2650 a year)
