Part Time position available Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast regions

Shifts available between 8am to 6pm (7 days a per week)
What we need from you:
Availability to work varied days and times
Experience in or knowledge of active support and capacity building
Fluency in a second language (desirable)
Creative, strengths-based approach to supports
Clear commitment to person-centered planning with a focus on quality and best practice
Proficiency in using technology broadly, or the capacity to learn new technology and programs as required
Ability to create supportive and professional working partnerships which encourage capacity building
Flexible, resilient and adaptive
Physically fit to undertake the required tasks of the position as involves household cleaning
Current First Aid (valid for 6 months) and CPR (valid for 3 months)
A current and valid driver's license along with a reliable, insured and registered vehicle and willingness to travel * Covid Vaccination - Fully Vaccinated

• Current Police Check - Within the last 3 Mths

What would be great to have:
Similar experience in a similar organisation.
Certificate in Aged Care /Individual Support or desire to obtain
Personal Care experience. * Cleaning experience and desire to make a difference in someone's life.
