Servicing Northam, York & Quairading, Toodyay, Bakers Hill, Wundowie
Permanent Part-Time – minimum 15 hours per week

About your new role:
As a Care Worker you will enable our clients to live their best life, supporting them to live independently at home by helping them with everyday activities like (but not limited to):
Domestic duties (cleaning, laundry, cooking, vacuuming, changing bed linen, mopping, and anything in-between)
Social support and transport (doctors’ appointments, shopping, general community access support, and companionship)
Personal care (showering, bathing, meal preparation, toileting, grooming, and medications amongst other support requirements in line with the care plan)
Working with each client to continue to do the things they love

You must have flexibility from Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm to fit in with customer needs
What about you:
Valid WA Driver’s Licence, reliable motor vehicle, and proof of vehicle registration – Essential
Willingness to obtain or provide proof of comprehensive car insurance – Essential
Experience and/or transferrable skills providing compassionate care to the elderly
Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one via Baptistcare at no cost to you
Certificate III in Individual Support is desirable but not essential
Ability to work different shifts across Monday to Sunday
Passionate about Customer Service
Ability to pass a National Police Check
Willingness to obtain or provide proof of up-to-date Influenza & Covid 19 Vaccinations
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical
