About the Role
We are seeking an Agent Engagement Coordinator, who will work alongside the Senior Manager, International Recruitment and will play a pivotal role in supporting the Flinders International agent representative network and ensuring the University meets its strategic objectives and statutory compliance requirements. This position requires the incumbent to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure work instructions accurately reflect operational practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
This role also requires:
- Documenting, standardising and operationalising Agent Engagement, appointment, management, review, commission, and communication processes.
- Identifying areas for improvement, efficiency gains and better regulatory compliance alignment as it relates to Agent Engagement.
- Acting as a central point of contact, to provide customer service and support efficiently and promptly to our network-wide international agents, in addition to assisting with Flinders International agent events and visits.
You may be required to perform some out of hours work with interstate and international travel as required.
About You
You have exceptional oral and written communication skills which allow you to effectively engage with a diverse range of staff and stakeholders at all levels, including cross culturally.
You have a demonstrated commitment to delivering a high level of customer service enabling you to promote a client focused team culture. Your strong analytical ability allows you to evaluate complex processes, whilst formulating clear and structured work instructions.
In this role you will also demonstrate:
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, handling multiple priorities within a certain timeframe.
- Demonstrated well-developed technological skills (i.e comprehensive experience in using computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail and web technology).
- A well-developed level of cultural sensitivity.
- Administrative and project coordination/management skills and experience within education / international education contexts (desirable).
Completion of a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education and/or training.
