Working in the Financial Crime Operation (FCO) domain, this role will collaborate with senior stakeholders to assist in technical implementation of solutions that will increase efficiencies in identifying money laundering and terrorism financing risks. Bringing your experience in project delivery life cycles in an agile environment will see you excel in this role.

In this role you will be accountable for:
- Scoping of complex technology and business solutions, including working on functional and non-functional requirements, business process redesign, supporting business impact assessment and acceptance of the solutions.
- Delivering of the business analysis services as defined in the BA chapter service catalogue following existing processes and templates to the internal quality standards; at the same time looking for opportunities to improve the existing processes and tools.
- Applying your data analysis skills to collect, map, and model data structures; including performing data mapping and analysis to support data migration and transformation projects.
- Facilitating and participating in stakeholder workshops, meetings, requirements walkthrough sessions, and scaled agile ceremonies.
- Identifying and managing functional dependencies.
- Planning own work, ensuring your business analysis plan is up to date and aligned with the project milestones.
- Sharing your expertise and knowledge with the fellow BA chapter members through internal knowledge exchange and contributions to the service catalogue development.
- Building healthy working relationships with key stakeholders, including Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, Solution Designers, UX Designers, Operations team members.
We'd love to hear from you if you are/have:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in a complex regulated environment. It will help if your previous experience is related to financial services and specifically financial crime.
- Experience contributing to high-quality artefacts including business cases, process maps, customer journey maps, functional and non-functional requirements, technical specifications, governance definitions, testing, risk and control flows
- Previous experience working in a cross-functional, agile environment and contributing to key agile ceremonies/practices
This role is integral to achieving a number of the key objectives within Financial Crime Operations.
