Join an ASX Listed leader to work on several new customer experience projects. You’ll be passionate about customer innovation and be responsible for identifying and defining improvements to features, customer and user journey mapping, gathering information to make decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities; impacts and outcomes
- Building a pipeline of new initiatives that contribute to the bottom line business benefits.
- Working closely with UI/UX designers to delivery quality designs and ensuring endorsement from the relevant stakeholders
- Create and refine epics and stories aligned to customer and business problems
- Build and test workflows using process automation and improvement tools.
- Working with stakeholders & wider business to understand problems and opportunities.
- Identify problems using analytics and insights.
- 5+ years of experience in working as a Business BA role
- Must have recent experience working within an Agile environment
- Experience working across customer experience programs
- Proven track record in communicating requirements both verbally and through user stories, with logical and clear acceptance criteria
- End to end functional business analysis skills
