My client has multiple excellent opportunities for experienced and talented Agile Coaches, to lead teams of Agile professionals, Scrum Masters & Product Owners, as well as business stakeholders, guiding them through Agile techniques & program delivery. Past transformation and hands on delivery experience is greatly preferred, where coaches have helped and understand broader organizational changes.
As the ideal candidate you must be able to demonstrate examples of where you have led high profile / large programs and projects through the agile journey. Working with business leaders and executives to look at the holistic systems and drivers/ metrics of change.
- Facilitate Agile process knowledge to all team members at the outset of the project.
- Train the team on each specific process step throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project planning.
- Identify project risks.
- Address team member questions / mentoring and coaching.
- Identify and diagnose process issues.
Skills & Experience:
- Solid background in Agile coaching in Banking/Financial Services
- Leadership / Coaching
- Pragmatic
- Transformation experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
- Strong organisation and people leadership skills
- Knowledge of agile project methodology
