You are:
An Agile Delivery Lead with ideally five years in an ADL role, a passion for continuous improvement and ability to drive successful business outcomes.
You're outgoing, proactive and outcomes-focused, with excellent relationship building skills and history of creating positive & motivated squad environments.

The Role:
As an Agile Delivery Lead, you'll be instrumental in reinvigorating the team, giving them closer guidance on how to prepare for quarterly planning. It's a large squad that needs support to ensure the top priorities are being met.
This role sits within the loyalty space, with a strong focus on customer experience.
Initially a 6 month contract, however with a huge pipeline of work, this is expected to be a multi-year engagement.
Skills / Experience / Responsibilities:
- Ideally five years as an Agile Delivery Lead
- Background in project management ideal
- Experience within loyalty or personalisation beneficial
- Able to motivate and drive team outcomes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ensure squads deliver business & customer value in each sprint iteration
- Drive squad adoption of best in class Agile techniques
