What you'll do
- Overseeing, providing feedback, and developing chapter members to improve knowledge and expertise.
- Maintaining best-in-class chapter expertise to deliver the right knowledge and skill sets to tribes and squads.
- Actively creating and maintaining a transformation and delivery culture within the chapter.
- Identifying resource needs throughout WooliesX and managing recruitment and resources across various squads.
- Leading planning and execution of cross-tribe and multi-squad initiatives and key strategic initiatives.
- Previous experience as an Agile Delivery Lead and leading projects/programs of work (up to 5 years)
- People management capability
- Experience leading teams in digital environments
- Familiarity and exposure to multiple Agile frameworks
- Expertise with the use of collaboration tools which includes JIRA, Confluence and others
