This Federal Government agency seek a Delivery Manager with strong Agile experience to assist in delivering significant platforms.

Job Description: The Agile Delivery Manager drives delivery using agile practices, ensuring timely, quality outcomes within budget and fostering stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Manager for team expectations.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes within budget.
• Identify and remove impediments to progress.
• Plan and deliver regular product releases.
• Facilitate agile events for team focus.
• Report on progress, risks, and issues.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

• 8+ years Agile Delivery and digital project management.
• Ability to keep team focused in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational skills for planning and coordinating releases.
• Proficient in facilitating effective stand-ups, planning, and reviews.
• Excellent people and problem-solving skills.
• Desirable: government context digital project delivery.

Eligibility:

• Australian citizenship required.
• Baseline security clearance required.
