The Digital Operations & Technology (DOT) team is responsible for all our customer facing digital assets (the CommBank App, NetBank, CommBank.com.au, CommBiz etc.) as well as the technology and operations that underpin our frontline and customer experiences.
The DOT Strategy & Performance team is responsible for ensuring that DOT has the strategy, portfolio and processes in place to help deliver the Group’s vision and maintain our reputation as a leader in technology and innovation.

Your Impact
As an Agility Coach you will play an integral role contributing in the design and implementing a successful agile transformation at an organisational level, working across departments, developing leaders, and extending agility across the enterprise to enable the vision and strategic goals for the Commonwealth Bank. You will Coach, mentor and train teams and the organisation to develop and implement agile practices and values; instilling a culture of continuous improvement and learning resulting in exceptional outcomes for our business.
Core Responsibilities
Implements practices that support teams through the stages of adopting, learning and supporting continuous improvement including process and maturity assessments and adoption roadmaps.
Provides individual and group coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
Supports and provides feedback to teams on their operating rhythm activities (tribe events, daily stand ups, etc.)
Facilitates continuous improvement by leveraging learning's and processes established within existing teams.
Embeds a culture of measurement by helping establish metrics across the tribe. Coaches key stakeholders on how to use defined metrics as a diagnostic to identify improvement opportunities.
Helps teams to identify and resolve issues that impact on the tribe and squads delivery lifecycle.
Supports teams to scale and consistently adopt agile practices.
Surfaces systemic organisational issues and challenges impacting teams and inhibiting ways of working.
Support the facilitation of ways of agile events and empowers colleagues across the organisation to adopt and run these.
