As an All-Rounder at Akron Australia, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to transform agriculture through drone technology. Your role will be dynamic and multifaceted, encompassing various responsibilities including:

Customer Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers, providing expert guidance on drone selection, usage, and troubleshooting.

Sales and Marketing Support: Assisting our sales and marketing teams in promoting our products and services through demonstrations, presentations, and customer outreach initiatives.

Technical Support: Providing technical assistance to customers and Dealer network, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to ensure smooth operation of our drones.

Product Development Feedback: Gathering customer and dealer network feedback and insights to inform our product development efforts, helping us continuously improve and innovate.

Logistics and Operations: Supporting logistics and operations tasks as needed to ensure efficient distribution and delivery of our drones.

• Passion for agriculture and technology, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on the farming community.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
• Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn and understand complex drone systems.
• Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Current Remote pilot licence.
• Previous experience in Agriculture, sales, customer service, or technical support is a plus, but not essential.
