An exciting opportunity emerges for an Aircraft Ground Handler to join our team in Jandakot airport. This role works closely with the Program Manager ensuring the smooth flight line operation and routine tasks. You will need to demonstrate your team player skills, vigilant at work and ability to follow instructions.
Previous experience in Aviation industry will be beneficial but not essential. Full on-the-job training will be provided to suitable candidate.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform Fire Guard Duty during Aircraft starting phase
- Moving aircraft around the apron using the remote-controlled tow tug
- Prepare aircraft for flight
- Assist in daily transportation of clients from their accommodation to office using company provided vehicles
- Assist in general administration tasks
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following:
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Detailed and meticulous
- Flexible with a “Can-do” attitude
- A team player
- Basic skill to MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- WA Class C licence and confident in driving a 12-seater automatic bus
- Prior working knowledge in Aviation industry is beneficial but not essential
