Full-Time Position. Archerfield Brisbane
We are seeking several skilled and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join our team, with a preference for LAME applicants. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on our fleet of company and client aircraft to ensure their safe and efficient operation.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks on aircraft, including inspections and repairs of airframes, engines, landing gear, and avionics systems (B2 holders are most welcome to apply)
- Identifying and diagnosing any issues with aircraft systems and components, and making necessary repairs or replacements
- Performing scheduled maintenance tasks as per manufacturer's specifications and regulatory requirements
- Completing maintenance records and documentation to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborating with other maintenance team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical) or equivalent
- CASA
Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license highly desirable
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance and repair work
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
