As a Production cook/chef , you'll be integral to delivering meals to airline passengers. Working in a high-volume environment, you will be responsible and accountable for, preparing, cooking and assembling food to client specifications and exceed customer service expectations. You will be required to maintain the company’s policy in relation to HACCP and OHS in accordance with Federal and State Government Regulations.Rate: $33-$34 + Afternoon, Night and Weekend PenaltiesFlexibility: Across a 7-day roster, 25 to 40 hours per weekLocation: Near Adelaide AirportWhat You'll Do:
- Working within strict time constraints to achieve internal KPIs.
- Manage food production; controlling stock levels and quantities prepared.
- Quality control checks
- Coordination of Catering Assistants
- Experience: Commercial Cookery Certificate III or IV
- Commitment: Be willing to undergo a full medical assessment and obtain a National Police Clearance.
- Flexibility: Available for day shifts and occasional overtime.( Rotating roster Monday to Sunday )
