Located in Tindal, NT, as an embedded ADIMS team member, the ALIS Maintenance Administrator will perform an essential governance role through quality assurance activities for the compliance of regulatory requirements. Administer and execute triage of information system applications and data integrity anomalies. Execute analysis and configuration assurance of ALIS/ODIN controlled assets.
Duties:
User Maintenance & Support:
- Undertake analysis, oversee and perform troubleshooting on a multitude of user, role and system deficiencies, and be able to redirect incidents out of expertise to the appropriate responsible party for resolution.
Data Integrity Management, System Configuration Analysis and Regulatory Compliance:
- Oversee the triage of information systems application and data discrepancies and escalate incidents out of expertise to the appropriate responsible party for resolution.
Data Backup & Recovery:
- Ensure ALIS/ODIN data backup and archiving to both standalone devices and CoA’s appointed file hosting software is provided.
Training:
- Perform on the job training and knowledge transfer to CoA ALIS Data Integrity Management Section, F-35 maintenance members and general ALIS/ODIN users.
Desirable
- Defence industry experience.
- Experience with researching and interpreting relevant Airworthiness Regulations.
- Experience in system administration, configuration management and data analysis.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. electronics, electrical, mechanical engineering and ICT) from a recognised institution, and/or equivalent relevant experience.
