About you:

Your opportunity:
The Cairns Hospital, multidisciplinary Medical Imaging team provides a comprehensive radiography service across a range of imaging modalities. This is your opportunity to participate in the shift roster to deliver high quality services in a critical support role within the multidisciplinary team.
Your role:
- Support staff to enhance patient flow and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with the distribution of consumable stock within the department.
- Assist staff in the management, care, and support of patients.
- Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety, and ethical behaviour.
- Participate in rosters across 7 days including shift work.
- Participate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal systems, processes, and work practices. Identify areas for improvement and recommend/implement enhancements to existing practices.
