22nd February, 2024 Your new role: Habit CoachEmployment type: CasualLocation: Southern Brisbane suburbsWe are looking for Habit Coaches to support in servicing the Southern Brisbane areas so that our local, regional and remote participants can have frequent access to services and support to achieve their outcomes. You will be supporting participants across a lifespan in their home or community environment to assist them reach their full potential.The Company:Everyday Independence supports people with a disability to live to their full potential and enjoy an everyday life.
