They pride themselves on their client-centered approach to therapy services, with a constant commitment to the development of their clinicians.
Due to strong organisational growth, we are currently looking for an experienced Allied Health professional to come onboard and lead the Allied Health team to further success.
Key duties but not limited to:

• Provide direct supervision & mentoring to the Allied Health team
• Monitoring performance & coordinating changes where needed
• Building & maintaining external stakeholder relationships
• Promoting access to training/education opportunities for clinicians
• Develop & implement new graduate program for future therapists
• Reporting directly to the National Allied Health Manager

Essential Criteria

• Relevant Allied Health Tertiary qualification
• Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
• Relevant registration (AHPRA or SPA)
• Extensive postgraduate experience in the disability sector
• Experience leading and supervising Allied Health clinicians
• Strong commitment to leading a positive team culture
• Experience working within the NDIS framework
• Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
