About the Role
As the Allied Health Services Manager form part of the key clinical leadership team within Greenslopes Hospital and provides professional and clinical leadership of the Allied Health services. This includes delivering an efficient and effective service covering acute and mental health inpatient services, rehabilitation and ambulatory programs.
The role requires working with a large team multidisciplinary team, hospital managers and executive team to achieve excellence in the delivery of care in line with best practice and legislative requirements.
Your Skills and Experience

• Current registration with AHPRA
• Minimum three (3) years post-graduate experience in relevant clinical area
• Strong clinical and leadership skills, and the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.
• Have previous experience in a private hospital setting.
• Recent rehabilitation experience is preferred, but not essential.

To succeed in this role, you will be an effective and approachable leader with a natural ability to build rapport and effective relationships with both internal and external clientele.
