As we expand our services, we're on the lookout for a proactive Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to complement our team.
Position Details:
- Role: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
- Start Date: ASAP
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Valid Driver's License (desirable)
- Minimum of 2 years in Medical/Allied Health Reception (preferred)
- Familiarity with NDIS and Medicare (preferred)
- Proficiency in PC operations, MS Office, PDF handling, Practice Management tools, and Canva
- Stellar customer service skills with an adeptness in problem-solving and patient interactions
- Capacity to thrive in a bustling environment
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organizational prowess with multitasking abilities
- Adaptability and a proactive learning attitude
- Attention to detail with a self-driven work ethic
- Team player with the ability to also work independently
- Genuine interest in long-term progression in Allied Health
- A warm and welcoming attitude to foster relationships with diverse individuals
- Key Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere for all visitors and patients
- Serving as the primary contact for patients, both in-person and through various communication channels
- Upholding patient confidentiality and privacy standards
- Managing incoming calls, triaging as necessary
- Coordinating schedules across multiple practitioners and locations
- Assisting the Clinical Manager in daily administrative tasks
- Handling appointment scheduling, inquiries, referrals, and documentation
- Collaborating with external stakeholders and therapists on administrative needs
- Overseeing inventory, clinic operations, and financial transactions
- Ensuring efficient practice management on a day-to-day basis
