JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
- Permanent Part Time
- 2-3 days (split shifts)

ALCHEMY RECEPTIONIST QUALITIES & SKILLSETS
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent people skills - must be empathetic, warm, welcoming and professional (a good sense of humour is a bonus!)
- Must be able to prioritise and multitask in a fast paced environment
- Must be proactive and show initiative with a roll up your sleeves, team based mindset
- Willingness and flexibility to support other admin team members by assisting with annual and sick leave cover when able
ALCHEMY RECEPTIONIST JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High computer software literacy & ability to learn new programs quickly (we currently use Gsuite, Cliniko, Medical Objects, PRODA etc)
- Experience and confidence wiht using Mac and Microsoft systems, EFTPOS / HICAPS machines, cloud based phone systems, scanning & photocopying etc
