The Opportunity
Kudos Services is looking for a full-time Allied Health Service Lead based in Elizabeth, Adelaide.
This leadership role is dual-faceted, prioritising the management of your own client caseload while also leading and collaborating with a diverse team of health professionals.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a personal caseload using evidence-based practices, while also guiding your team in the effective management of their caseloads, ensuring both meet and exceed service targets
- Aligning service delivery with strategic goals, monitoring outcomes, and implementing improvements
- Engaging with clients (including community outreach), managing feedback and referrals, and enhancing client communication
- Streamlining organisational processes for continuous improvement and strategic contributions
- Managing stakeholder relationships, including with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and other agencies
- Performing additional tasks as directed by supervisors
- Undertaking any other responsibilities in line with the position as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Kudos Services
About You
To qualify, you will need an Allied Health tertiary degree, complemented by substantial work experience that showcases your ability to lead with expertise and empathy. Experience leading multi-disciplinary clinical teams will be highly valued.
We are seeking someone who has not only flourished in managing multi-disciplinary clinical teams but also brings a depth of understanding and experience in their specific Allied Health discipline. While we are open to a range of Allied Health backgrounds, someone with a qualification and experience as a Psychologist will be highly regarded, given the unique insights and skills they can bring to this leadership position.
Additionally, knowledge of NDIA/NDIS frameworks and a commitment to client-centered care are critical. Experience in managing complex relationships with both government and non-government organisations will provide great value to our team.
Possessing the following qualifications will be beneficial:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Well-developed interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to respond to and prioritise competing requests efficiently
- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Experience with business development (preferable)
