The Role
The Allocations and Receivables Clerk is charged with weekly Invoicing, analysing and allocating daily Direct Credit, Posting receipts, Payment queries, liaising with Centre Management and Admin Staff.
Key Accountabilities
- Weekly Invoicing both file upload and Manual
- Daily upload of bank Files (Eftpos, Cash, Direct Credit)
- Payway- Analysing and allocating daily Direct Credit and Bpay File
- Posting receipts to POS system and GP
- Applying receipts to weekly invoicing
- Liaising with Centre Management and Admin Staff
- Payment queries and resolutions
- Weekly Upload of Bank Statements over multiple data bases and businesses
- Excellent Keyboard and analytical skills essential.
- There is very little exposure to our Trade Debtors. The Centre's are responsible for the collection of their own Debtors. We are here for any queries and any help they may require.
- There are many variables in this position so the person needs to be open to all possible scenarios

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Valid Working With Children's Check (WWCC)
- National Police Check

- Excellent Keyboard and analytical skills essential.
- Accuracy and high attention to detail
- Prior experience in a high-volume environment
- Previous data entry experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Commitment to own personal development
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible, and looking for a challenge
- Passion for the role, team, and guests
Desirable
- Exposure to delegation authority policies
- 2 years Allocations and Receivables experience
- Demonstrate motivation, passion, and willingness to undertake actions to actively support access and inclusion to all facilities, programs, services, and employment, for all members of the community.
