Position Details
Primary Role:NDIS Support Workers
Work Location:Sunshine Coast Region
Employment Type: casual role
Salary Range: $26 - $38 per hour (subject to experience and qualifications)
Qualification & Experience: Must have a valid drivers licence and own transportation. NDIS or similar experience, Diploma in Community Services, Business, Allied Health Qualifications.
Accountabilities:
- Working with Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander & cultured and disability clients of all ages
- Utilising positive behaviour support plans and restrictive practices
- Supporting clients to develop their NDIS Plan to suit their individual needs
- Assisting clients to set, plan for and achieve goals, assess progress and gaps
- Assisting participant’s support plans to enable independence in the home and community
