Your part in our Blue Care team
Employment Term: Full time, Part time & Casual opportunities
Location: Sunrise Beach Aged Care Facility
Remuneration: $35.41 - $44.16 per hour (excluding casual loading) + 11% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances
Roster: Night shifts + opportunities for AM and PM shifts
As a Registered Nurse, provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:
Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members
What makes a difference for us?
Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
General nursing experience, post-registration
Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
