Due to continuous growth and to support further development we are looking for an Allocations Coordinator to join our team.
About the role
As an Allocations Coordinator you will be an integral part of our team. The role contributes to the efficiency of daily operations and ensures strong communication with our staff members and clients alike.
You will be required to work as a part of a friendly team, have a high level of attention to detail and possess a positive can-do attitude. This is a full-time role, flexibility and availability to work between 5am to 11pm is essential.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaise with company clients daily
- Schedule agency staff into appropriate client shifts
- Conduct shift confirmations and cancellations
- Receive and action client requests
- Ensure staff allocations are completed in a timely manner
- Update staff availability records
- Comply with all company procedures
- Other duties as required from time to time
- Work on a rotating roster 5 days a week across Monday-Sunday between 5am-11pm

Skills and experience
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems
- Administrative experience
- Experience in a call centre, sales, allocations or scheduling role
- Exceptional communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Developed customer service skills
