We are a family-run business which specialises in commercial projects and high-end residential homes. We fabricate and install all types of commercial Aluminium Windows and doors, along with other associated aluminium and glass products such as shrouds, insect screens, balustrades, splashbacks, etc.

We are seeking an estimator who will primarily be responsible for calculating quotes for our clients, while keeping within budget. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable making follow-up sales calls.

Essential requirements:

• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Ability to propose material combinations that will comply with Energy, Acoustic, Fire rating, and Design requirements.
• Well versed with AS1288, AS2047, AS1428.1, AS1170.1, AS5507.
• Methodological approach when deciphering project requirement details.
• Can prepare detailed and precise quantity take off.
• Proficient in using Logikal software with the ability to troubleshoot.
• Excellent communication skills when dealing with builders, architects and clients
• Experience dealing with local suppliers and knowledge of local available products such as glass, aluminum, and hardware.
• Tech savvy and can easily cope with new software and being trained by Estimating manager.
• Review and gather supplier’s quotes and select suitable material that will achieve design intent.
• Successfully win projects with accurate cost planning.
• Make follow-up phone calls and constantly update quote register about status of the projects.
