- Housekeeping Supervisors
IMMEDIATE START TO SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES
We are searching for natural leaders with a passion for service excellence to supervise highly dedicated and hardworking housekeeping team.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Supervise and inspect the day to day management of a team of housekeeping attendants
- Training of our new Room Attendants.
- Ensure that productivity is achieved on a daily basis and rooms are handed back to the hotel on time.
- Ensure that guest requests and other special cleaning requirements are met.
To be successful in the position, you must possess the following attributes:
- Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role in a 4-5 star Hotel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Be able to work with a variety of tasks in the housekeeping department.
- Must have full availability.
- Must have a pro-active approach to WHS requirements.
- Must be able to work a flexible roster including varying shifts.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Highly motivated and possess a positive attitude.
