Alumni Engagement Co-Ordinator

Christ Church Grammar School is a non-selective school for boys (PK-12) in Claremont, Perth, Australia. The academic performance of Christ Church boys' consistently places graduates amongst the top schools in Australia.

We are seeking applications from suitably qualified persons for this ongoing position commencing as soon as practicable. Whilst this position is advertised as full-time, the School is open to negotiating additional leave options during student holiday periods.

The Alumni Engagement Co-ordinator is responsible for managing all activities generated by the alumni office, based on the Old Boys’ Association business plan and the needs of the school.  The Co-ordinator will develop a communication plan to underpin the business plan and systematically roll out events and projects to grow active engagement with local, national and international alumni.  Daily responsibilities include creating and actioning a project implementation plan for key projects, ensuring annual activities and events are successfully delivered with maximum attendance, meeting and engaging with old boys when they are on campus and ensuring administrative efficiency.  This role has one direct report, a part time Administrative Assistant.

The successful applicant will hold the appropriate qualifications and demonstrate relevant experience.  They will have excellent relationship management skills, be a self-starter who takes initiative and someone who can work independently and as part of a team.
