Your new role
As an Application Support Analyst , you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction. This role will provide the technical and product capability required utilising AWS Connect to support the
delivery of the best possible customer experience through the Contact Centre and broader phone-based teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide 1st level support for AWS Connect to frontline and wider business.
Manage AWS Connect end to end.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimise downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
Monitor system performance and proactively address any anomalies.
Document processes, procedures, and solutions for reference.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience: Prior experience with Amazon Connect and related AI services.
Experience in customer service or contact centres is desired
Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications: AWS cloud Practitioner
