Your new role
As an Application SupportAnalyst , you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations andclient satisfaction. This role willprovide the technical and product capability required utilising AWS Connect tosupport thedelivery of the bestpossible customer experience through the Contact Centre and broader phone-based teams.
Your responsibilities willinclude:- Provide1st level support for AWS Connect to frontline and wider business.
- ManageAWS Connect end to end.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issuespromptly to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor system performance andproactively address any anomalies.
- Document processes, procedures,and solutions for reference.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience: Prior experiencewith Amazon Connect and related AI services.
- Experience in customer service orcontact centres is desired
- Skills: Strong analyticalskills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to workcollaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: AWS cloudPractitioner
