Northern Health is seeking

• Anaesthetic Nurse
• PACU (Post Anaesthetic Care Unit) Nurse

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join the General Operating Theatre team at Northern Health.

This role requires the successful candidate to have previous experience working in a busy Operating Theatre environment with preference to post graduate qualification in either Perioperative or Anaesthetics & Recovery.

The role:

Northern Health - General Operating Theatres, Northern Hospital.

• Ten (10) Operating Theatres
• PACU (Post Anaesthetic Care Unit)

About you:

• Current registration with AHPRA.
• You are enthusiastic, passionate and committed to providing excellent patient care.
• Have a minimum One (3) year of experience (not Including placements) in Operating Suite, Anaesthetics/PACU.
• Keen to learn and be part of a supportive team.
• Successful completion of Postgraduate qualification in, Peri anaesthetics or looking towards completing.
• Possess excellent clinical skills.
• Effective organisational skills.
• Ability to work rotating a roster including Night duty.
• Flexibility to work cross campus.
